Pre-Trip Planning 

A Pre-Arrival information package will be sent out electronically in advance of your arrival by our Customer Service Director.  We are available to assist you in planning for local activities or additional in villa services. We encourage clients to make these selections in advance of arrival to assure availability. 

Airport Arrival 

Airport transfers from and to Puerto Plata airport are complimentary. Our driver will be waiting for your party upon arrival and will take your party and bags directly to the Villa. 

Welcome to the Villa!

Upon arrival at the Villa, our staff will greet you and introduce themselves.  You will be offered a welcome drink and some snacks. Our onsite Concierge will be there to provide and overview of the Villa and help you get settled in.  

Help While Staying at the Villa

While at Villa Wind Song, we offer concierge services in person at the Villa, or  via email or telephone. The Concierge can help choose restaurants, arrange excursions, provide information and guidance on the area.  In addition, the VIlla owners are always available by text or phone and are more than happy to offer their advice on restaurants in the area or to simply answer any questions about the Villa.
